The founders of CEERS™, a not-for-profit association, have had extensive involvement with the many aspects of risk management with a collective experience that totals over 100 years.  During our involvement, we have seen a troubling and, apparently, growing trend towards decreased insurance claims recovery quanta and increased resolution time.  Although we could continue to lean into this matter from a commercial perspective, we want to help our professions deal with this systemic issue in a fashion that both benefits the economic buyers of commercial insurance and supports the professional ambition of those who represent the many facets of the industry.
